Refund & Cancellation Policy
At French Essence, we ensure your perfumes reach you in perfect condition. Since opened or used products cannot be resold, we do not accept returns once delivered.
Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged (leakage, breakage, missing or wrong item), email hello@frenchessence.com / crm@spectraacare.com within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos/videos and preferably an unboxing video of the original packaging.

After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or process a refund. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Timelines

Refunds to prepaid payment methods may take up to 10–15 business days after approval.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 4–7 working days after approval.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment mode within 10 days of cancellation acceptance.
Important Notes

Opened/used products are not eligible for refund.

If the delivery package appears tampered/damaged at the time of delivery, kindly refuse to accept it.
